Cancelling the order

Orders can only be cancelled within 48 hours after placing the order. Please email support@shristyhardware.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

How long does it take to process the cancellation request?

The cancellation of item(s) takes up to 1-2 business days. The refunds take 15-20 business days to get back to the source for different banks.

What is the mode of refund against cancellation?

Refund is made to the same source by which the payment was done. We may also transfer the amount in your bank account.

What if my order is not shipped in 7-14 Business Days?

An email and SMS is sent to the buyer if the orders are not shipped within the said days. We accept cancellation of order in such cases.
